Terms of service
Terms for using the PeptAI marketing website and contacting our team.
1. About this website
These terms describe the permitted use of the PeptAI marketing website, its published content, and its contact form. References to “PeptAI,” “we,” and “our” in these terms refer to the Molecule team operating this website. You can contact Rafael at rafael@molecule.to or use the contact page.
The website provides information about peptide discovery research and a way to discuss potential collaborations. It does not provide an account-based platform, sell products, accept payments or investments, connect a wallet, or enter you into a research program. Any future project, service, or transaction requires its own applicable terms and, where relevant, a separate agreement.
2. Research information
Content is provided for general information about our research and approach. Research programs, timelines, and results may change. Illustrations, molecular animations, and program stages are not evidence of clinical efficacy, safety, regulatory approval, or a guaranteed research outcome. See our research information for the context of visualizations and program stages.
The website does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or instructions for using experimental compounds. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Statements about discovery methods or performance do not guarantee a particular result for your project.
3. Links and independently operated services
The site links to BIO, Molecule, BIOS, X, research records, and other websites. Each linked service is governed by its operator’s own terms, privacy policy, eligibility requirements, and other applicable rules. These terms cover this marketing website only; they do not replace or extend the terms of a linked service.
In particular, links labelled “Invest” take you to an external platform. This website does not execute an investment, sell tokens or securities, or provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Review the external platform’s terms, project information, and risk disclosures before participating, and seek independent advice where appropriate.
A link is not a guarantee of the external site’s availability, accuracy, security, or services. We do not control changes made by external operators. Nothing in this section limits any duty or responsibility that applicable law places on us.
4. Contacting us
Provide accurate contact details and only information you are authorized to share. Do not impersonate another person or submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or malicious material. Keep your message relevant to your inquiry.
An inquiry or automated acknowledgment does not create a partnership, advisory relationship, confidentiality agreement, or obligation to take on a project. Acknowledgment confirms receipt only; it does not guarantee a response time or acceptance of a proposal.
Do not send patient records, sensitive personal information, trade secrets, unpublished sequences, or other material requiring a confidentiality agreement through the form. Contact us first to arrange an appropriate channel and agreement. You retain any rights you have in the material you submit; sending it permits us to use it to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, not to claim ownership of your research.
Our Privacy policy explains the handling of contact details, messages, and technical information.
5. Permitted use and site security
You may browse the site, follow its links, and use its contact form for lawful inquiries. You must not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with the site, evade security controls, overload our infrastructure, or use the form for spam or harassment. Do not use automated requests in a way that disrupts the site or its availability to others.
We may limit or block requests where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, or legal obligations. The site may also be unavailable during maintenance or service interruptions.
6. Content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, rights in the website’s original text, design, branding, and software belong to their respective owners or licensors. Third-party research materials, structures, marks, and linked records remain subject to their owners’ rights and any license stated with the material.
You may link to the website and use content as permitted by applicable law or an expressly stated license. These terms do not grant a license to use PeptAI or third-party trademarks, imply an endorsement, or commercially reproduce protected material without the relevant permission. Statutory rights, including lawful quotation and other copyright exceptions, are unaffected.
7. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but research develops and information may become outdated. The site is provided as available; we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, or suitability for a particular project. Contact us to confirm current information before relying on it for a material research or commercial decision.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not give additional implied warranties about this free informational website. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer rights and data protection rights remain unaffected.
8. Changes to the website and these terms
We may update, correct, or remove website content and revise these terms to reflect changes in the site or applicable requirements. The date above identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter rights or obligations already accrued, or vary a separate signed agreement. We will provide additional notice where required by law.
9. Questions and disputes
Please email rafael@molecule.to or use our contact page about a concern, suspected security issue, or question about these terms so we can try to resolve it. This does not restrict your right to contact a regulator or bring a claim before a competent court. Applicable law determines your rights and the courts that have jurisdiction; these terms do not impose arbitration or waive those rights.
If a provision is unenforceable, the other provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. A separate agreement for a collaboration or service governs that activity and is not replaced by these website terms.
